When an ancient priceless idol of Buddha carved out of onyx is stolen by deft and technically skilled pilferers from a high security museum, the Crime Branch sleuths are tipped off by officials of RAW and NCB of a possible link of this theft with Chinese antique smugglers and international drug traffickers.
An old man living in a remote village in Sikkim awakens to the news and this leaves him with shock and disbelief. The priceless idol of the Buddha venerated by his ancestors for centuries has gone missing. He calls up his grandson named Tiger and asks him to recover their beloved heirloom. What begins next is a seemingly endless cat and mouse game that spans several states across India right up to the lndo China border in Sikkim.
