It took me two years as I had to keep stopping and starting writing it, with it making me cry and wanting to discuss stuff

I have tried taking my own life through writing this life story. 

It's nearly made me go and kill people. It's not for the faint-Hearted

As writing a life story can bring back a lot of memories and trauma, and make you want to do things that you wouldn't normally do.
