The purpose which aims this manual is to give one complete theoretical training to be able to understand and give value to the ingredients present in our cocktails or in the products we buy every day.
The notions contained in this book aim to train both the professional Barman (e.g. which distillate to use? Which one to recommend for the customer's tastes?) And the common person who in front of a variety of spirits, wines, beers may not know what to choose , whether they are displayed in a supermarket aisle or on a lounge bar menu.
