A Properly Planned and Organized Group work has various pedagogical and linguistic advantages.Its proper plan which might lead to effective outcome demand teachers to play various roles and responsibilities at different stages.In other words, the benefits of group work can be achieved only when it is properly and effectively organized.This asks teachers to play a number of roles and responsibilities.The roles and responsibilities of teachers in using group work are not the same in lockstep teaching. In group discussion, the teacher is no longer to be lecturer or transmitter of knowledge; rather he/she is a facilitator of learning. Therefore, this book attempted to assess the implementation of teachers' roles and responsibilities in real EFL classroom teachings. Contrary to the above facts, if teachers fail to implement their roles & responsibilities effectively when using group work, the probability of achieving the benefits of group work will be questionable. This book can be useful for any teachers in elementary and secondary level education. In addition, College and University instructors can also benefited a lot from this valuable book.
