To every person who has struggled through accomplishing a task, overcoming a goal, or walking through life when persevering was overwhelming, I share my story. This is a time when my life was in turmoil, and trouble just seemed to keep coming like a tsunami. Through it all, I held on to my friends, family, and faith.

National Board Certification was one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences in my career. The process not only contributed to transforming my professional life but taught me lessons I continue apply to this very day.

It is my hope that my story will inspire you to persevere, remain persistent, and tenaciously hold on to accomplishing your goals. While my story is not uncommon, I share my journey with a desire to communicate hope, encouragement, learning opportunity, and tenacity.
