Systems of infinitely many degrees of freedom create their particular mathematical challenges and request their own technical treatment. This volume presents a collection of papers covering a wide range of applications ranging from Feynman path integrals and statistical mechanics of polymer chains to complex networks and quantum field theory. These papers are tied together by the mathematical structure they have in common. Infinite dimensional analysis, stochastic processes and in particular white noise analysis are the many guises in which this structure appears reflecting different viewpoints inspired by different applications. These proceedings are an outgrowth of a conference held on the occasion of the 75th birthday of Prof. Ludwig Streit celebrating his long on going work in these fields, to which he contributed as a forerunner.
