The book, related to Process Management, is written for Managers, for Students (aiming at becoming Future Managers), for Young Researchers (aiming at becoming Scientific Researchers), for Scholars (aiming at learning Scientific ideas), and for Professors who want to learn the BASICS of Decisions based on the Scientific Analysis of Data collected by suitable Designed Process Control in order to make Quality Decisions in their work during Production and Service Management.
