The process mechanism of marine bacillus fermentation to produce marine alkaline protease is very complex, with highly non-linear, time-varying and coupling, and the key parameters that directly reflect the fermentation quality during the fermentation process are difficult to be measured directly by physical instruments in real time, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of real-time dynamic regulation of Marine alkaline protease.
