PROSPECT For more than a quarter century, artist Thomas Schiff has used a panoramic camera to explore the hard edged and technologically refined man-made landscape worldwide. Schiff recasts the built environment, reorders its purist forms into atmospheric com-positions befitting the illusionism of Piranesi.
