If you do not have the equipment or the time to do a two a day split with power lifting in the morning and kettle bell in the evening, this manual is not for you. This is a grueling eight week program that I only recommend doing once per year, no more. Prepare to be sore, prepare to eat more, prepare to be tired, and prepare to get really strong!
