Here is a book to help people that were abused as a child, including child sexual abuse, to begin to heal-up. From there, to continue to heal, to carry on to heal from there, feeling healthy and well. Then, eventually, to heal and be whole.

This book helps in working activities towards healing-up, with a "I'm going to do this today for myself.", mindset and attitude. We also remember to be kind to other people in your life.
