Christopher Bugros left home to go diving when the unthinkable happened: He was washed away by the strong currents of the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Trinidad.

The diving trip had started like any other; members of the diving party plotted the coordinates of the dive location and gave them to the boat captain to put into the GPS. The captain's job was straightforward: Monitor the GPS while they were in the water and stay put until everyone resurfaced.

Even though the other members of Christopher's party undertook an exhaustive search when they realized he was missing, they could never find him.
