This work explores composites based on high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and calcium carbonate (CaCO ), materials that have become indispensable in sectors such as packaging, construction and automotive. The study focuses particularly on the influence of different CaCO incorporation methods on the final properties of these composites, especially their mechanical and thermal performance. The CaCO concentrate method stands out here by enabling better control of the dispersion of mineral fillers within the polymer matrix, thus optimizing the material's characteristics for specific applications.Comparative analysis between direct incorporation and the CaCO concentrate approach reveals essential information for HDPE/CaCO materials, in terms of performance and thermal stability. The results not only contribute to further scientific knowledge in the field of polymer composites, but also offer interesting perspectives for the optimization of these materials, opening up new avenues for the polymer industry.
