Inspired by Grimm's Fairy Tales, well-known and lesser-known works of art, personal performances and other stories told a long, long time ago, this collection of poetry from Sara Deacon peeks behind the curtain into the unspoken moments of fairy-tale relationships, emotions and identities.

Written in the early years of the 21st century as part of her master's degree thesis, Sara's work shines a light on the complexity of human nature and holds up a mirror to the self as art confronts art.
