Introducing the young and dynamic Mr. Asim Khan who has inspired and impacted several lives. The quintessential and charismatic Mr. Khan's journey as a Social Work professional began at the tender age of 17 when he joined Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) program at the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and continued to do his Master's in Social Work (MSW) from the same institute.
He acquiesces with the fact that it's all about planning early in ones' career rather than suddenly waking up one fine day and deciding to dedicate the rest of your life to society. He believes that "the earlier you join the social work domain, the more people you will serve".
His intervention as a CSR professional has been qualitative and impactful. He cherishes all his interventions and projects which helped the cancer patients through palliative care, old age, adolescent, Indian athletes, the girl child education while some helped the students to get scholarships and achieve their dream.
Today, having more than 10 years' experience of working in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) domain, when he looks back, he feels happy to have touched several lives in a positive manner. He has an indomitable spirit and zeal to continue serving the society which seems to grow every day.
He has been conferred with the CSR Times jury special award (Individual category) 2021 and the prestigious Young Achievers Award 2021 in CSR by the Achievers World.
