Business education today demands more responsible and synergistic approaches on a number of key fronts. Distance learning, a new generation of students with its own unique character, ethical questions concerning social responsibility and the environment, and the powerful effects of new technologies are transforming higher education at large and business education in particular. Through their combined experience in these domains, and their broad diversity in geographical, ethnic, and educational backgrounds, the authors are living and leading constructive interdisciplinary change in business education. This book will be divided into three interrelated parts: 1) Change in Management Education, 2) Change in Leadership Strategies, and 3) Expansion of Views and Approaches. These are the three areas that require most urgent paradigm shifts followed by swift, targeted action.
